Yes, it's finally done and will be in effect on may 26 2010 
SxS are officialy considered as atv and are submit to the same law: So you'll have to had a left side mirror.
Widht limit is 64" and weight is 1543lbs. Motor is limited to 1000cc.
Must have:
- A cage, doors or nets, a handle for each passenger, a minimum of 3 points seatbelts for each passenger, a headrest for each passenger, low pressure tires.
Atv clubs will have the choice to reject SxS but will have to specify it with a panel.
