Polaris RZR
Does any one know if the new Polaris RZR will be allowed on the trails in Quebec?
It is 50" wide 69" tall and weighs in at 945 lbs. Being 50" wide makes it narrower than some of the larger ATVs.
Hope they decide to allow them because I'm number 1 on the list to get the first one from a local dealer.

At least for now.
Its like any thing else. Get enough people and the right people interested, things happen.
For now I'll have to enjoy the RZR down here in the states and the Brute Force up in Quebec. That way they will last twice as long :D
Did you move yet Andy?

No way they will not be letting side by side up here thats for sure they would have to widen the trails and then jeeps and trackers and suzukis would be able to access the trails as they would need to be largened. No not moved Ken the wife just walked out on me in september so staying here with my kids.

Someone said that there could be a limit of weighting of 600 Kg, and a maximum of 55'' of large. Then, the rzr and the Rhino (maybe the Kawa Teryx to?) could be accept.Kerosen a écrit :It's on the table with the goverment that the law will be tried to be change to try to included the SBSgrizzQC a écrit :No way they will not be letting side by side up here thats for sure they would have to widen the trails and then jeeps and trackers and suzukis .

Keeping my finger crossed that it happens soon. It would be great to head north with the RZR and ride your trail system. Road riding here is getting old and want to hit the trails again. I could go with the Brute but the RZR with the heated cab has me spoiled

You may think there's not much you can do about it, but yes you can: you could just send a letter to the local ATV club you wanted to go, and also to Quebec's ATV Federation (FQCQ), saying that you and many friends of yours were planning to go there for a ride and ask them if the RZRs are authorized, and that if they were you'd come visit us regularly, etc ...krabidKVF650 a écrit :Keeping my finger crossed that it happens soon. We all know the answer for now, but if they keep getting letters of intentions like that from our friends in the USA (and other places around the world as well !) that may give the ATV clubs additional 'ammunition' to get the things changed faster
